About Crumb & Co.
Crumb & Co. started as a Saturday market stall and a 40-year-old sourdough starter named Doris. Three years on, we bake from a little shopfront in Leeds — same starter, same rule: if it wasn't made this morning, it isn't on the shelf.
Everything is naturally leavened, laminated by hand and baked in small batches through the morning. When the rack is empty, that's it — see you at dawn tomorrow.
